Due to the custom and handmade nature of our products, all sales are final and we do not accept returns or exchanges.
However, if your item arrives damaged or defective, we are here to help. Please follow the steps below:
- Contact us within 5 days of delivery
- Provide your order number and clear photos of the damage
- We will review your request and, if approved, offer a replacement or refund within 7 days.
Please note:
- Items damaged due to misuse, normal wear and tear, or improper handling are not eligible for replacement or refund
